We work with architectural studios, interior design firms, and creative companies on their hiring requirements.

We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination activities

. As a lean and growing team, we offer hands-on exposure to consultancy-style hiring along with flexibility in execution and learning through real-time hiring projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and profile evaluation
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client firms
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Follow up with candidates during different stages of the hiring process




- Prepare candidate summaries and screening notes
- Support day-to-day recruitment coordination and operations

Required Skills & Profile
- Prior experience (1 year) in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with telephonic conversations and candidate interaction
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and hiring platforms
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
- Interest in architecture, interiors, design, or creative industries is preferred
