Executive / Sr. Executive – Upstream Process (Biologics)

As an Upstream Process professional, you will play a critical role in executing mammalian cell culture and bioreactor operations that support the production of next-generation therapies within a GMP-regulated environment.

? Key Responsibilities
- Execute upstream manufacturing activities including
mammalian cell culture, expansion, and bioreactor operations
.
- Prepare media, buffers, and process materials as per approved batch records.
- Operate and monitor bioreactors while tracking critical process parameters to ensure batch success.
- Maintain accurate real-time documentation in compliance with
GMP and GDP practices
.




- Support
technology transfer, process scale-up, and batch execution
activities.
- Assist in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Downstream, QA, QC, and Validation teams.
- Strictly adhere to aseptic practices, cleanroom protocols, and contamination control strategies.

? Ideal Candidate Profile
- 0–5 years
of upstream experience in
biologics environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:

✔️ Mammalian cell culture

✔️ Bioreactor handling and monitoring

✔️ Aseptic techniques

✔️ Media and buffer preparation
- Working knowledge of GMP workflows and documentation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong process discipline.
- Comfortable operating in cleanroom environments.
