We are looking for a agile and experienced Manager – Accounts to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, project accounting, and financial reporting.
- Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting
- Manage the end-to-end accounting function of the organization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
- Maintain the General Ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund utilization.
- Real Estate & Project Accounting
- Handle project-wise accounting and cost allocation.




- Monitor project expenditures, contractor payments, and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain customer receivables and collections.
- Manage work order accounting and project-related financial transactions.
- Support financial reporting for ongoing and completed projects.
- Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax (PT), Provident Fund (PF), and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Review vendor invoices and payment processing.
- Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
- Ensure timely vendor settlements and account reconciliations.
- MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, management reports, and financial dashboards.
- Support budgeting, forecastin
