Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and commission IoT devices and sensors at field locations.
- Conduct site visits for installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, connectivity, and device-related issues.
- Configure IoT gateways, controllers, sensors, and communication devices.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, IP, GSM/4G/5G, and other connectivity issues.
- Perform firmware/software updates and device configuration.
- Monitor device performance and ensure proper data transmission to the cloud/server.
- Coordinate with the technical and software teams to resolve complex issues.
- Prepare installation reports, service reports, and site visit documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to customers/operators.
- Maintain tools, equipment, spare parts, and field service records.
- Travel to customer/farm locations as required.

Required Skills




- Basic knowledge of IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and networking.
- Knowledge of IP addresses, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and network troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of hardware installation and electrical wiring.
- Ability to use computers, mobile applications, and technical software.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at field locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
