Position: IT Recruiter C2H Recruitment
Experience: 16 Years
Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
Eligibility: Female Candidates Only
Salary: 10,000-20,000/month, depending on experience & position

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment and C2H hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain quality submissions.

Requirements:
- 16 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.




- Ability to work independently in a permanent WFH setup.
