- Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud and foundational knowledge on AI
- Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, IC).
- Led at least two full cycle Oracle Cloud implementations as a Finance Lead/Architect.
- Strong experience in COA design, multi-ledger architecture, Financial consolidations, Intercompany accounting
- Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) , and Agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
- Valuable understanding of FBDI templates, integration and data migration concepts
- OTBI, BIP, FRS reporting capabilities

Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead end to end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, IC).




- Define the chart of accounts, legal entity structure, ledger configuration, intercompany framework, and subledger accounting rules.
- Design integrated finance processes such as procure to pay (P2P), order to cash (O2C), and record to report (R2R). 2. Requirements Gathering & Fit Gap Analysis
- Perform fit-gap analysis and document enhancements, customizations, and integration points.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs (MD50/FBD) and architectural diagrams. 3. Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with technical teams, including integrations, reports, security, and data migration teams.
