Hiring: MIS Executive – Skill Development / Government Project

We are looking for a
Skill Development MIS Executive
to manage end-to-end MIS and portal operations for our skill development training projects in Jharkhand.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with
government skill development projects, training centres, MIS portals, PMKVY/JSDMS/DDU-GKY/MMSY or similar government schemes
.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on the
JSDMS/Skill Development portal

• Candidate registration, enrolment and documentation

• Student mobilisation and candidate data management

• Assign candidates to appropriate
trades/courses/batches

• Create and manage batches and maintain candidate records

• Track training, attendance, assessment and certification status

• Update candidate placement and employment-related information

• Maintain accurate MIS reports and project-wise databases

• Track batch,



candidate and training status from enrolment to completion

• Coordinate with trainers, centre teams and project management teams

• Prepare and maintain documentation required for
billing/invoicing and payment claims

• Track invoice submission, approval, queries, pending payments and status

• Ensure portal data and physical/document records are properly reconciled

• Generate regular MIS reports for management and government/project review

• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate for timely corrections

• Maintain complete records for
audit, verification and compliance
purposes

What We Are Looking For

1–3 years of experience in
MIS / Skill Development / Government Projects / Training Operations

Hands-on experience with government or skill development portals will be highly preferred

Knowledge of
JSDMS or similar Skill Development MIS portals
will be a strong advantage

Valuable knowledge of
MS Excel / Google Sheets
