? Location: Hyderabad/Vizag/Visakhapatnam
- Key Responsibilities
- 10+ years of overall WFM experience with solid Retail WFM background.
- Strong understanding of retail workforce planning and labor management processes.
- Experience with WFM applications such as UKG, WorkForce Software, SAP WFM, or similar platforms.
- Strong functional and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently lead WFM activities and provide SME-level guidance.




- Lead and support Retail WFM implementations and support activities.
- Provide expertise across workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, time and attendance, and labor management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into WFM solutions.
- Lead functional discussions with business stakeholders and offshore teams.
- Support configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Review processes and recommend improvements to optimize workforce operations.
- Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.
