Hindi Faculty Roles & Responsibilities

Chennais Amirta International Aviation College.
- Conduct Hindi classes as per the prescribed curriculum and academic schedule.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments and assessments.
- Develop students Hindi speaking, reading, writing and comprehension skills.
- Provide aviation-oriented Hindi communication training, including passenger handling, airport interactions and customer service.
- Conduct role plays, group discussions, presentations and other practical communication activities.
- Support students in interview preparation, professional communication and placement readiness.
- Monitor attendance, academic performance and student discipline.
- Provide additional support to academically weak students.
- Organise Hindi Diwas, language competitions and cultural activities.
- Maintain attendance, marks, lesson plans and other academic records.
- Participate in faculty meetings, examinations, college events and institutional activities.




- Coordinate with the HOD/Principal and placement team for academic and student-development initiatives.
- Ensure timely syllabus completion and compliance with institutional policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile Hindi Faculty
- Qualification: MA in Hindi / Hindi Literature; B.Ed. preferred.
- Experience: 25 years of teaching experience, preferably in a college or higher-education institution.
- Strong command of Hindi language, grammar, literature and communication skills.
- Ability to teach Hindi effectively to students from diverse language backgrounds.
- Positive classroom management, presentation and student-engagement skills.
- Proficiency in preparing lesson plans, assessments and academic records.
- Industry/aviation-college teaching exposure will be an added advantage.
- Passionate, disciplined and student-focused with a professional approach.
