The Prospect

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented
Business Development & Marketing Executive
to help us expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.

This is a
high-ownership role
for someone who enjoys talking to people, understanding business problems, finding opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term client relationships.

You will work closely with the
founding/management and engineering teams
, giving you direct exposure to real-world technology, product development, and business growth.

What You’ll Do





Business Development & Sales
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and business visits.
- Understand client requirements and identify how QuantumPoint can add value.
- Conduct prospect meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client briefs in coordination with technical teams.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

Marketing & Brand Growth
- Plan and execute content and marketing activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content ideas, captions, campaigns, and case-study based marketing.
- Support website and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor engagement, inquiries, and campaign performance.
