The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive operational and administrative support across all internal departments and external stakeholders — including distributors, vendors, and suppliers by managing sales data, inventory, accounts receivable, and cross-functional coordination, while serving as the primary interface between sales, marketing, customer service, accounting, and regulatory teams, and delivering direct administrative support to the Director India.

Responsibilities
- General office management and day-to-day administrative activities
- Managing dispatch (incoming/outgoing)
- Managing internal and external communication — calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Working closely with the sales and marketing team
- Dealing with vendors and suppliers
- Sales data management in coordination with distributors and the sales team
- Processing and follow-up with the accounting department for vendor payments
- Office fieldwork, if required or as instructed by the Director




- Identify inefficient processes and propose solution recommendations
- Managing an appropriate filing system for office records related to audit requests
- Supporting sales and marketing teams for arranging travel, marketing materials, events, conferences, and seminars
- Coordination with vendors and the global accounting team for invoice processing and ensuring timely payment completion
- Coordination with legal and accounting teams for office administrative and regulatory compliance updates
- Responsible for timely weekly/monthly report generation
- Create PowerPoint presentations for sales and management meetings
- Any other duties assigned by the Director

Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in similar position
- Very positive communication and IT skills. Language Hindi and English
- Flexibility; Open Minded, Customer Orientation; Detail oriented
