Role & responsibilities
- Execute interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Monitor civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, HVAC and other interior-related works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per quality standards and approved designs.
- Read and interpret architectural, interior and execution drawings.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor manpower, material availability and resource utilization at the site.
- Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid execution delays.




- Maintain site documentation, progress reports and daily activity updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the project management team and provide regular updates on project progress.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on interior execution experience will also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel/relocate based on project requirements.
- Solid ownership and ability to work independently at project sites.
