Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop recent products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Conduct feasibility studies, create prototypes, and test new product designs to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for new product launches.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in NPD engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of new product design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
