Job Overview

We are hiring Senior Associates – Admissions / Business Development to join a premium, conglomerate-backed EdTech platform focused on transforming careers through high-quality higher-education programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C sales, EdTech sales, admissions, or candidate counseling and should be comfortable handling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable UG/PG degree programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and understand their educational and career objectives.
- Counsel candidates regarding suitable UG and PG degree programs.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and communicate program value, outcomes, and benefits.
- Manage leads throughout the sales funnel,



from initial interaction to enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify candidate requirements and recommend appropriate programs based on their goals.
- Handle objections and resolve candidate concerns effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and candidate information using CRM systems.
- Ensure a smooth and qualified candidate experience throughout the admissions process.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2C Sales, EdTech Sales, Admissions, Education Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong consultative selling and candidate counseling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales or ad
