Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop electroplating processes for various metals, including chrome, nickel, and other materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective surface treatment techniques meet customer requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks on plated parts to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to plating defects or inconsistencies.
Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in electroplating, chrome plating, or similar field.
- Solid knowledge of surface finishing processes, including electroplating, phosphating, powder coating.
- Experience working with different types of metals (e.g., steel, aluminum) and their properties.
