Position: Floor Manager -Arcade Department: Arcade / PLaY Pixel About PLaY ARENA: PLaY Arena is an innovative Adventure & Sports complex spread across 6 acres on Sarjapur Road. It offers a wide range of activities for guests of all ages, including PLaY Juniors, PLaY Studio, PLaY Pixel (Arcade Zone), PLaY Union, a fully equipped kitchen, and upcoming hospitality facilities.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Team & Staff Management :
- Manage and supervise the Arcade Floor team, including Crew Members and other operational staff.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Train employees on arcade operations, customer service, safety procedures, game handling, and company policies.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage during weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, productivity, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide guidance and feedback to team members.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive working workplace.

Arcade Floor Operations:
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of all arcade games, machines, attractions, and related facilities.
- Monitor the Arcade Floor throughout the operating hours and ensure games are operational and properly attended.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed as per company standards.
- Coordinate with the Technical/Maintenance team for machine breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor machine downtime and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Ensure the Arcade Floor remains clean, organized, safe and guest-ready at all times.

3. Customer Experience & Service:
- Ensure a high standard of customer service across the Arcade Floor.
- Welcome and assist guests and provide information regarding available games, packages, offers, and procedures.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues professionally and promptly.
