Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing real estate construction projects from commencement to completion. The role involves managing project timelines, quality, cost, contractors, consultants, manpower, materials, safety, and overall site execution while ensuring the project is delivered as per approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage the complete construction lifecycle of residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines and take corrective action wherever required.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities as per the project schedule.

2. Site & Construction Management
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural,



structural, MEP, and other drawings.
- Monitor construction methodology, workmanship, and productivity.
- Ensure proper coordination between different site activities and agencies.

3. Contractor & Vendor Management
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Allocate work and monitor contractor performance.
- Ensure contractors meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Resolve site-level issues and coordinate with contractors for timely completion.

4. Quality Control
- Ensure construction work complies with approved specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and testing.
- Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective measures.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality inspections and approvals.

5. Cost & Budget Control
- Monitor project expenditure against the approved budget.
