About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to manage export documentation, logistics coordination, customs-related processes, and shipment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export documentation and a good understanding of CHA and customs procedures, preferably within the ceramic or tiles industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export documentation and coordination.
- Prepare and verify pre-shipment and post-shipment documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, customs, freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping agencies.
- Prepare and verify export invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate export shipments and ensure timely dispatch and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of export documentation.
- Follow up on customs clearance and shipment-related activities.




- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, accounts, production, and logistics.
- Maintain proper records of export documents and shipment details.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and coordinate with relevant agencies for smooth export operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable export and customs procedures.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of export documentation processes.
- Good understanding of customs and CHA procedures.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Experience in the ceramic/tiles industry will be preferred.
