Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valuable negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
