Sales Executive - Residential Sales

Location: Site Sales Office , Lucknow

Role Overview

This position will be based out of our site office located in our residential project at Lucknow. This role / position will be responsible for achieving the assigned targets including generating leads and sales closures, managing channel partners / broker network, organizing site visits for all kinds of prospective customers, be it direct or through channel partners, building a healthy sales pipeline, travelling within and outside the city for business development and ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead to possession.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned vertical.
- Manage existing channel partners and actively enroll current ones to expand market reach.
- Travelling within and outside the city for business development activities,
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, conduct site visits for customers and do structured follow-ups.




- Negotiations with prospective customers and maximize sales closures.
- Ensure effective implementation of SOPs, timely booking documentation, and allotment letters.
- Manage ATS registration, payment recoveries, conveyance deed registration, and possession.
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams for documentation, compliance, and collections.
- Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and present pipeline reviews to leadership.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred.
- Adequate real estate sales experience with at least 23 years in residential sales.
- Proven track record in residential real estate.
- Strong broker / channel partner network; prior Lucknow / UP market experience preferred.
- Sound knowledge of end-to-end real estate sales process including ATS, registration, and possession.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and CRM skills; proficiency in Hindi and English.
