Regional Head Wealth Management

Job Purpose
To lead and grow the Wealth Management business across the assigned region by driving AUM/revenue growth, HNI/UHNI client acquisition, team productivity, distribution expansion and profitability, while ensuring high-quality client servicing and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the P&L;, revenue and business growth for the assigned region.
- Drive acquisition and deepening of HNI/UHNI client relationships.
- Lead, mentor and manage Cluster Heads / Wealth Managers / Relationship Managers.
- Develop and strengthen the regional distribution network and market presence.
- Drive AUM, revenue, client acquisition, wallet share and profitability targets.
- Build relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and support the team in large-ticket acquisitions.




- Review team performance and implement corrective strategies to improve productivity.
- Monitor portfolio performance, business analytics and revenue trends.
- Promote appropriate wealth products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products and other investment solutions.
- Develop acquisition strategies through corporates, referrals, external channels and market networks.
- Ensure excellent client experience, retention and relationship deepening.
- Ensure adherence to RBI/SEBI/AMFI/NISM and internal compliance requirements.

Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM/PGDBA or equivalent.
- Relevant NISM/AMFI certifications preferred
