Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to promote company products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide educational materials, and address queries related to product usage and perks.
- Identify potential customers' needs and preferences through effective communication and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by achieving sales goals, expanding customer base, and increasing brand awareness.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in hospital marketing or medical sales (MR).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends, regulations, and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with diverse stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
