Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machine to produce high-quality parts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize production processes and improve productivity.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in operating a VMC machine or similar CNC equipment.
- Solid understanding of milling, turning, and VMC setting techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
