Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales growth

• Appoint, develop, and manage distributors

• Expand retailer coverage and market penetration

• Execute sales and trade marketing initiatives

• Achieve business targets and strengthen market presence

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG sales

• Strong experience in spices, food, or agro products preferred

• Proven expertise in distributor and general trade management

• Robust leadership, negotiation, and team management skills

• Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
