Job Purpose

To supervise and manage day-to-day housekeeping operations across the Wave One premises, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation and service delivery in common areas, washrooms, offices, parking areas and other designated facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day housekeeping activities across the premises.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in common areas, lobbies, corridors, washrooms, staircases, lifts, parking areas and other designated spaces.
- Plan daily housekeeping deployment, manpower allocation and shift schedules.
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure deficiencies are rectified promptly.
- Coordinate with Facility Management, Security,



Engineering and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper cleaning of high-traffic areas and special areas during events, weekends and peak hours.
- Monitor availability and consumption of housekeeping materials, chemicals, tools and equipment.
- Maintain proper inventory and ensure optimum utilization of housekeeping consumables.
- Ensure secure and correct handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, safety practices and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, checklists, safety guidelines and company policies.
- Handle complaints related to cleanliness and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping vendors/contractors and monitor outsourced manpower, wherever applicable.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly housekeeping reports, inspection reports and manpower reports.
