Junior HR – Talent Acquisition
to join our team in Pune.

helping businesses build and scale their digital presence through
SEO, performance marketing, social media, website development, branding, and lead generation.

We work differently from a traditional setup.

Our teams work closely across
strategy, creative, content, performance and execution
, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results for our clients.

And now, we’re looking for someone who can help us build the team behind that work.

? Role: Junior HR – Talent Acquisition

What will you be doing?

• Source and screen candidates across multiple hiring platforms

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

• Manage the candidate pipeline

• Understand hiring requirements across creative, marketing and business roles





• Conduct initial HR screening calls

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process

• Help build and maintain a strong talent pool for Thinkster

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is:

✅ A graduate or early-career HR professional

✅ Interested in Talent Acquisition and recruitment

✅ Good at communication and coordination

✅ Comfortable speaking with candidates

✅ Proactive and organised

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

✅ Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
