We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Process Associate to support US Mortgage and Property Data Services. The role involves non-voice processing, property data validation, owner verification, and document review. This position is ideal for fresh graduates interested in building a career in the US mortgage and real estate domain.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Identify and verify property addresses using GIS / Assessor websites
- Validate property ownership and legal details from public records
- Review and extract data from deeds, mortgages, and related documents
- Perform grantorgrantee identification and indexing as per client guidelines




- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and property information
- Meet productivity, quality targets, and timelines
- Update verified information in internal systems

*Requirements*
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn US Mortgage
