Conduct in-process (line) quality checks at various stages of production as per defined standards

Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to quality specifications during manufacturing

Identify defects/deviations early in the process and alert production/supervisors immediately

Segregate non-conforming products on the line to prevent further processing of defective items

Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional checks as per checklists/SOPs

Maintain in-process quality records, inspection reports, and rejection data

Coordinate with Production and PDI/Dispatch teams to ensure consistent quality flow

Perform root cause analysis for recurring line defects and support corrective actions

Support implementation of quality tools (SPC, 5 Why, Poka-Yoke, etc.) on the shop floor

Ensure calibration and proper use of inspection/measuring instruments

Train machine operators on quality standards and defect identification
