Job Summary

We are a Pune-based distributor of industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, cutting oils and coolants supplying to machine shops, foundries and manufacturing industries.

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial lubricant sales, metalworking fluids, machining applications or technical sales to manufacturing customers.

The role combines customer handling, product application support, troubleshooting and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit machine shops, foundries and manufacturing customers in Pune and nearby industrial areas.
- Promote industrial lubricants, cutting oils, coolants and metalworking fluids.
- Understand customer machining processes and recommend suitable products.
- Provide application support and basic troubleshooting related to coolant performance, tool life and machining issues.
- Develop new customers and increase business from existing accounts.
- Coordinate with distributors, stores and service teams for timely supply and support.
- Conduct product trials and follow up on trial performance.




- Prepare visit reports, sales updates and customer feedback.

Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in any of the following:
- Industrial lubricants
- Metalworking fluids / cutting oils / coolants
- Technical sales to machine shops or foundries
- B2B industrial product sales
- Experience working with distributors or industrial customers will be preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or related engineering discipline.

- Willingness to travel locally within Pune and surrounding industrial areas.

Salary & Benefits
- ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (based on relevant experience)
- Travel allowance
