Role Overview

We are looking for a Scriptwriter who understands digital advertising and can write compelling scripts that make students stop, watch and take action.

The role will primarily focus on writing scripts for performance marketing advertisements promoting Rojgar With Ankit's courses, exams, offers and products.

Key Responsibilities
- Write scripts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other performance marketing ads.
- Develop solid hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Create multiple script variations for the same course or campaign.
- Research government exams, student pain points, aspirations and purchase triggers.
- Convert course features into simple and compelling student benefits.
- Write scripts for faculty-led videos, testimonials, UGC-style ads, offer-led ads and storytelling creatives.
- Work closely with Video Editors and Performance Marketing Managers.
- Study winning and losing creatives and improve scripts based on performance.
- Track competitors and emerging creative formats.
- Maintain a pipeline of new hooks,



angles and advertising concepts.

What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 4 years of experience in copywriting, scriptwriting or advertising.
- Strong Hindi/Hinglish writing ability.
- Good understanding of Indian audiences, especially students preparing for government examinations.
- Ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, persuasion and CTAs.
- Ability to generate a large number of creative ideas consistently.
- Experience in EdTech, D2C, digital advertising or content marketing is preferred.

Success in This Role

You will be measured primarily on:
- Number of scripts and new creative concepts produced.
- Percentage of scripts converting into winning ads.
- Improvement in ad CTR and conversion performance.
- Ability to develop fresh hooks and advertising angles.
- Speed and consistency of execution.

Pay: ₹13,148.33 - ₹59,591.52 per month
