Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage patient relationships, follow up with leads and existing patients, handle enquiries, and ensure a positive patient experience. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with new leads, existing patients, and enquiries to improve conversion and retention.
- Schedule and coordinate patient consultations and appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient and customer information in the CRM system.
- Make follow-up calls to understand patient requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception, and other departments for smooth patient service.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally or escalate them when required.
- Track leads, appointments, follow-ups, conversions, and patient feedback.




- Maintain daily CRM reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with patients.
- Support promotional campaigns and communicate relevant offers/services to existing customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up with missed appointments and inactive leads.

Skills & Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, telecalling, hospital, healthcare, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Patient, polite, qualified, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare/hospital CRM.
- Knowledge of lead management and customer retention.
- Experience with WhatsApp communication and calling.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and repor
