The Process Engineer – Affiliate Support Engineer provides frontline operational and technical support to GHG emissions users across global affiliates. This role ensures effective utilization of process models and applications by addressing user requests, resolving incidents, delivering training, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The position requires a robust understanding of all developed process models to provide accurate guidance and support to users worldwide.



Participate in knowledge transfer activities with the current GHG emissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for GHG emissions users, responding to and managing user requests in a timely manner.

2. Provide day-to-day technical and functional support to affiliates worldwide.

3. Deliver clear and effective user assistance to ensure successful application usage and adoption.

4. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to GHG emissions models, applications, and data.

5. Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams and monitor resolution progress.

6. Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues.

7. Organize and deliver user training sessions and workshops.

8. Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge base documentation.

9. Promote best practices and enhance user competency across affiliate teams.
