About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Product Manager to own the digital product roadmap, improve customer experience, and drive the development of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will combine solid product thinking, e-commerce knowledge, data-driven decision-making, and excellent coordination with technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the e-commerce product roadmap, priorities, and feature releases.
- Identify customer needs and translate business requirements into product features and improvements.
- Work closely with UI/UX, Development, QA, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Improve website navigation, product discovery, checkout, conversion, and overall customer experience.
- Create product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage feature development from concept → development → testing → launch → optimization.




- Analyse website performance, customer behaviour, conversion rates, and other key product KPIs.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and manage product launches, feature updates, and release schedules.
- Collect customer and internal feedback and convert insights into product improvements.
- Identify technical and operational issues and coordinate with teams for timely resolution.
- Continuously improve website functionality, usability, performance, and mobile experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Product Management / E-Commerce Product Management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journeys, and online shopping behaviour.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and feature development.
- Good understanding of UI/UX, website analytics, conversion optimization, and Agile development.
