Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with solid experience in Manufacturing, Steel, Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure or Industrial Projects to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, project, plant and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Hire for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, EHS and Project functions.
- Recruit for EPC/project roles such as Project Managers, Site Engineers, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, Planning Engineers, Procurement Engineers and HSE professionals.
- Handle blue-collar hiring including Welders, Fitters, Electricians, Operators and Technicians.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and industry networks.
- Manage stakeholder coordination with Plant Heads,



Project Managers and Functional Heads.
- Build talent pipelines and conduct market/competitor mapping.
- Manage recruitment consultants and track hiring performance.
- Maintain MIS, recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics.
- Support large-scale hiring and project manpower mobilization.

Required Experience
- 4–8 years of Technical Recruitment experience.
- Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing, Steel, Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure or Industrial Projects.
- Experience in both white-collar and blue-collar hiring.
- Experience in plant/site/project hiring will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
