- Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who can build content for the company by working closely with founders, employees, and project teams.

The person will be responsible for finding stories, suggesting content ideas, shooting, editing, and managing content from idea to final output.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively collect content, stories, insights, and ideas from founders and employees.
- Regularly present current content ideas to the founders for Reels, videos, personal branding, and company content.
- Identify content opportunities from projects, office activities, events, achievements, and everyday work.
- Plan and shoot Reels, interviews, walkthroughs, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and founder videos.
- Edit short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Create strong hooks, captions, text overlays, transitions, thumbnails, and basic graphics.
- Repurpose one shoot into multiple pieces of content.
- Maintain a content calendar and content idea bank.




- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest relevant formats for the brand.
- Use AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, captions, repurposing, and creative enhancement.
- Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, and reusable content.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, founders, and employees to ensure regular content production.

Required Skills
- Strong creativity and content ideation skills.
- Good videography, photography, and video editing skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content.
- Comfortable approaching and interviewing founders and employees.
- Ability to take an idea from concept → shoot → edit → final content.
- Knowledge of CapCut / Premiere Pro / Filmora / VN / Canva / Photoshop.
- Ability to use AI tools for content creation.
- Good communication, organization, and time-management skills.
