Role & responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
- Hands-on expertise in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.
- Experience in casting and machining processes in the automotive industry.
- Solid experience in customer complaint handling, 8D, 5-Why and Fishbone analysis.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, dimensional control and inspection techniques.
- Experience in process, product, internal, supplier, customer and certification audits.
- Knowledge of supplier quality management and corrective action follow-up.
- Experience in reducing rejection, scrap, rework and PPM.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with OEM/Tier-1/Tier-2 customers; export OEM exposure is an advantage.
