- Develop, configure, and optimize PLC programs for automated equipment used in sterile injectable manufacturing.
- Design and implement control systems (SCADA, DCS, HMI) ensuring compliance with pharma-grade standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve automation-related issues.
- Provide technical guidance and training to operators and maintenance staff.
- Manage vendor relationships for automation hardware/software procurement and integration.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with regulatory and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including URS (User Requirement Specifications), FRS (Functional Requirement Specifications), Design Qualification (DQ), and Validation protocols.
- Ensure compliance and other regulatory guidelines for automation systems.
- Maintain audit-ready records for system changes, upgrades, and validations.
- Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)



and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for automation systems.
- Oversee commissioning, qualification, and validation of PLC-controlled equipment.
- Ensure robust change control and risk assessment during system modifications.
- Identify opportunities for automation upgrades to improve efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
- Implement Industry 4.0 concepts such as IoT, predictive maintenance, and data analytics.
