About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Influencer Content Manager who will be responsible for managing shortlisted influencers and ensuring they create high-quality, engaging and trend-driven video content.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Instagram Reels, viral content, trending formats, hooks and storytelling, and the ability to turn a easy product brief into content that audiences genuinely want to watch and share.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with shortlisted influencers from briefing to final content delivery.
- Communicate concepts, scripts, references, timelines and deliverables clearly.
- Develop creative and trend-driven video concepts for influencers.
- Understand each influencers content style, audience and tone to recommend suitable concepts.
- Research Instagram trends, viral Reels, hooks, formats,



sounds and emerging content styles on a daily basis.
- Provide clear creative direction while ensuring content feels authentic to the influencer.
- Develop compelling hooks, storylines and concepts designed to improve watch time, engagement and shares.
- Review influencer content and provide constructive feedback or revision requirements.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brands communication, positioning and campaign objectives.
- Follow up with influencers to ensure timely submission and posting of content.
- Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with influencers throughout campaigns.
- Coordinate with the internal Content, Marketing and Creative teams.
- Track content performance and identify high-performing formats that can be replicated in future campaigns.
- Stay updated with changing Instagram trends, audience behaviour and content formats.
