Job Overview

Orimark Services is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to lead and oversee our core HR operations. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and payroll processing to statutory compliance, employee engagement, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts) across departments.
- Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline hiring timelines.
- Lead smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- End-to-end monthly payroll processing, attendance track, leave management, and salary disbursements.
- Handle monthly filing,



deductions, and documentation for PF, ESI, PT, and LWF.
- Ensure strict adherence to factory/plant and corporate labor laws and statutory regulations.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Design and execute monthly employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for workplace grievance handling, ensuring quick and fair resolutions.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and foster healthy communication across teams.

4. Offboarding & Exit Formalities
- Manage complete exit workflows, including resignation acknowledgments, exit interviews, and clearance tracking.
- Prepare and issue relieving letters, experience certificates, and handle Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.

Requirements & Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in core HR operations.
- Age Limit: Maximum 33 years.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR,
