About the role:

We are looking for a confident and motivated graduate to join our team as a Business Development Associate – Intern. You will work closely with prospective patients, manage leads, and help convert enquiries into clinic appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture prospective patient enquiries throughout the conversion journey.
- Understand patient requirements and recommend appropriate clinic services.
- Build strong relationships with prospective patients through professional communication.
- Coordinate consultations and appointments with the clinic team.
- Maintain and update lead information, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and patient engagement.




- Work closely with the clinic and business development team to achieve growth objectives.
- Gain hands-on experience in healthcare sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

Requirements:
- Graduate from any discipline; freshers are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and comfortable interacting with different types of customers.
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong willingness to learn about healthcare services, sales, and business development.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with targets and performance goals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and willingness to learn CRM tools.
