About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and compassionate Events & Activities Executive to plan and conduct engaging activities and events for senior residents at Manasum Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize daily and weekly activities for senior residents.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor games, entertainment, wellness, cultural, and social activities.
- Organize festivals, birthdays, celebrations, special events, and resident engagement programs.
- Coordinate with vendors, performers, trainers, and external activity partners.
- Encourage resident participation and create a friendly, positive environment.
- Understand residents’ interests and develop activities accordingly.
- Maintain an activities calendar and event schedule.
- Manage basic event arrangements, materials, decorations, and logistics.
- Collect resident feedback and continuously improve activities.




- Coordinate with the operations and care teams to ensure activities are conducted safely.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in events, activities, hospitality, senior living, recreation, or community engagement preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, patient, creative, and comfortable interacting with senior citizens.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to host events and confidently engage with groups.
- Basic computer skills for schedules, reports, and activity planning.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
