Internship Duration 3-6 Months

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS.
- Post jobs across hiring platforms.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring.
- Assist with HR documentation and recruitment activities.





Who We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge is a plus.
