Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design team and overall design process.
- Develop current collections, styles, prints, and seasonal concepts.
- Create designs aligned with market trends, brand identity, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, sourcing, and sampling teams.
- Review and approve samples, fabrics, colors, prints, and fits.
- Manage design timelines and ensure timely collection launches.
- Conduct trend research and competitor analysis.
- Guide junior designers and ensure quality and creativity standards.
- Handle design presentations and provide inputs to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
