About the Role:

Infojini Inc. is looking for experienced
Account Managers
to manage and grow staffing accounts across
US and Domestic markets
. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding staffing requirements, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and coordinating with delivery and onboarding teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with
clients, Program Managers, Program Coordinators, and Procurement teams
.
- Understand client staffing requirements and work closely with delivery teams to ensure effective fulfillment.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and expand service offerings through
account farming
.
- Manage client communication and provide regular updates on candidate/interview progress.
- Track
interviews, offers, start dates, and onboarding
and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Coordinate with internal delivery and onboarding teams to address challenges and provide solutions.
- Participate in
weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings and QBRs
with clients.
- Maintain strong client engagement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach.

Additional Requirements – US Account Manager
- Experience in
US Staffing Account Management
.
- Hands-on experience working with
MSP/VMS clients and programs
.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing ecosystem and client management process.
- Experience managing interview, offer, start-date, and onboarding processes.

Additional Requirements – Domestic Account Manager
- Robust technical understanding with the ability to
screen candidates based on required skills and assess candidate genuineness
.
- Experience managing both
Full-Time and Contract staffing requireme
