Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organized Couple Coordinator to coordinate with couples, understand their requirements, provide timely information, and ensure smooth communication between patients and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with couples and assist them throughout their hospital journey.
- Explain procedures, appointments, documentation, and other required processes clearly.
- Schedule and follow up on appointments and consultations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab, billing, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate patient/couple records and required documents.




- Handle queries and provide timely responses through phone and in-person communication.
- Follow up with couples regarding appointments, tests, reports, and treatment schedules.
- Ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare daily follow-up and coordination reports.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.

Requirements
- Any degree / Diploma.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
