Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Management Executive / Junior Program Manager to support program execution in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Program Manager in managing ongoing customer programs and production activities.
- Prepare and maintain program schedules, project trackers, action trackers, and milestone reports.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other functions for timely completion of program activities.
- Monitor program performance against quality, cost, delivery, and schedule targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders and ensure timely closure of open action items.
- Identify program risks, delays, and dependencies and escalate them to the Program Manager.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly program status reports and dashboards.
- Participate in program review meetings, production meetings, and customer calls.





Required Skills
- Basic understanding of EMS / electronics manufacturing / PCBA manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SMT, PCB assembly, box-build, and testing processes is preferred.
- Understanding of BOM, engineering changes, material planning, and production processes.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PG qualification in Operations or Project Management is an added advantage.
