Role Description:

Responsible for preparation and execution of testing activities within the scope of the application development lifecycle according the defined standards and policies. The Test Engineer is responsible for the raising defects and working with developers on their resolution. The Test engineer keeps the test manager informed on test progress, issues and risks.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Working in the area of RSA Archer, our platform for business-level management of enterprise governance
- Preparation and execution of test cases within project in compliance with the test and method standards
- Raising defects found during the testing and working with developers on their resolution
- Working with Requirements engineer’s development of acceptance criteria
- Support the creation of decision documents for corresponding committees, meetings and decision-makers Support the early-stage involvement in project – contribution in project estimations in regard to test area and requirements analysis




- Support the defect management process in the project, including subsequent root cause analysis
- Support the tracking of Test KPI and metrics in accordance with ETSM standards
- Support maintenance of regression test set

Technical:
- Experience in the field of Governance, Risk and Compliance Business Processes
- Relevant Experience with RSA Archer implementations (in at least ICS or/and ISMS topics) or comparable tool
- Experience in Agile Practices (Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies)
- Detailed knowledge of the testing lifecycle as well as the different test types and their application
- Test Planning and execution and data management expertise
- Experience with MF ALM
- IT technical background

Nice to have:
- Experience in MS SQL scripts.
- Datahub Database
- Archer Datafeeds
- Exposure to collaboration tools like Jira
- Test automation tool exposure in UFT, Tosca, Selenium, Robot
