- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, billing, and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and product presentation aligned with brand guidelines.

Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience for high-value customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, repairs, exchanges, and after-sales service efficiently.interviewprep+1

Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives and support staff.
- Conduct performance reviews, set targets,



and provide ongoing coaching to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Security & Compliance
- Implement and monitor security protocols for high-value inventory (alarms, cameras, access control).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit processes, and health & safety regulations.bebee+1

Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to regional/head office.
- Coordinate promotional activities, local marketing events, and brand campaigns to increase footfall.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
