- Review and finalize MEP designs, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and structural teams
- Ensure design optimization for cost efficiency and sustainability
- Validate BOQs, technical submittals, and shop drawings

2. Project Execution
- Lead in office MEP execution activities
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms
- Resolve site-level technical challenges

3. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Identify and onboard MEP contractors and vendors
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and performance evaluation
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services

4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with internal teams (civil, procurement, finance)
- Coordinate with government authorities and consultants
- Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, fire safety, and local regulations
- Conduct periodic inspections and audits
- Implement best practices for energy efficiency and green buildings

6. Cost Control & Budgeting
- Monitor and control MEP project costs
- Optimize procurement and reduce wastage
- Prepare cost estimates and track deviations

7. Testing & Commissioning
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover
- Ensure all systems are functioning as per design
- Support facility management during handover phase
