About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
NGO Compliance Executive
to independently manage the regulatory, statutory and documentation requirements of the organisation.

The person will be responsible for supporting the
formation of the Section 8 Company
and subsequently handling its ongoing compliance, government coordination and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate should have practical experience dealing with
MCA/ROC, government authorities and NGO/Section 8 registrations and compliances
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
end-to-end incorporation process of the Section 8 Company
.
- Handle registrations, approvals, applications and documentation required for the organisation.
- Coordinate with
MCA/ROC and other relevant government departments
.
- Prepare, submit and track regulatory applications, forms and supporting documents.
- Follow up independently on applications, queries, approvals and pending matters until closure.
- Coordinate with
CA, CS, lawyers and other external consultants
for regulatory and compliance requirements.




- Maintain statutory records, registers, certificates, agreements and other significant documentation.
- Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure all statutory filings and renewals are completed within prescribed timelines.
- Handle ongoing
Section 8 Company and NGO compliance requirements
.
- Keep track of changes in applicable laws, regulations and government requirements.
- Ensure all compliance-related documents are properly organised and readily accessible.
- Identify pending or upcoming compliance requirements and proactively initiate action.
- Support audits, inspections, government queries and other regulatory matters when required.
- Maintain a clear tracker of applications, filings, deadlines, approvals and pending issues.
- Ensure compliance matters are followed through from
application to final closure

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
in NGO compliance, Section 8 Compan
